Los intrépidos desarrolladores de De La Mancha nos tienen acostumbrados a buenos instrumentos. Y la gran noticia hoy es que acaban de presentar otros dos. Jellyfish (es el de la imagen) posee cuatro osciladores y múltiples métodos de modulación, así que lo tienes fácil para imprimir mucho movimiento a tus sonidos (de él nos dicen que es capaz de “generar colchones envolventes, bajos rodantes y solistas vibrantes). Por su parte, Metamorph es un sinte de morphing de ondas, provisto de envolventes, LFOs y efectos internos.

DeLaMancha PULS is a monophonic pulse wave synthesizer with simple controls but complex sounds. From 2 pulse wave oscillators you can get chunky basses, scorching leads, retro chiptune, dusty lofi and oddball noises. PULS is a simplified and limited version of bassbomb, using the same core sound modules but without many of the options. Even so, what it lacks in knobs, it makes up for in sound. It features custom pulse waveforms, unison, oscillator sync and ring modulation for some big n dirty sound potential, with a tempo-sync LFO for pulse width modulation (PWM) as well as detune and volume modulation.

dirtbox is an effect plug-in designed to compress, distort and modulate your audio into a whole new filthy world, from subtle warmth to dynamic destruction. It’s arsenal of dirty bombs cover parallel compression, many flavours of dirt and filth, bit crushing, sample rate dropping and ring modulation. Add to that a 4 way XY pad and 2 tempo-sync LFOs and you can modulate up to 6 parameters to really throw that filth around the place.

QB3 is a vintage-style, 3-band EQ plug-in, with its own unique colouring and a few tricks up its sleeve. For each band you can adjust the centre frequency and gain. For the low and high shelving bands you can adjust the steepness of the slope, whilst for the mid peaking band you can adjust the bandwidth. This allows a range of sounds from steep, sharp cuts to smooth and gentle boosts. But the Queen Bee is not a super clean and transparent plug-in. QB-3 features a pleasing combination of harmonics, saturation and low level noise to bring a subtle mojo to your sound. You also have the option to switch on a 40Hz cut to boost your low frequency headroom and a limiter to curb any peaks.

Scylla is a VST instrument capable of sample-playback combined with subtractive synthesis to produce a wide variety of sonic possibilities ranging from lush pads to far-out soundscapes and effects via scorching leads and chunky bass. Scylla can be used for most any application and is only limited by the user’s imagination. Scylla includes three different types of oscillators that can be modified to a wide variety of styles. Three built-in samplers can accommodate .wav audio samples, which can be played back in grain table, waveform, sample or single hit format. All the audio can be modified and modulated through LFO, volume and filter envelopes, Ring-Modulation, and Unison.

Thr33some is a multi-band stereo tool, to allow you to widen or narrow specific frequencies in your mix. Typical use would be to make bass sounds mono whilst progressively spreading higher frequencies, but abuse and experimentation will yield some interesting effects too. Thr33some has 2 methods of stereo spread and with gain and pan per band you have total control over all 3 bands. You can also make each band full spectrum to get 3 full layers and control in and out gain with metering to keep levels under control. There is also a multi-out version for individual processing of each band in your DAW.
