This expansion for EZmix 2 comes with guitar and bass settings directly modeled and EQ-matched from the personal tones of four of modern metal’s most interesting players: Chris Broderick (Megadeth), Tosin Abasi (Animals As Leaders), Jeff Loomis (ex-Nevermore, Conquering Dystopia) and Ryan Knight (The Black Dahlia Murder). It includes 50 custom amp and cab simulated tones, all of which were personally designed by the guitarists themselves. This collection paints a broad picture of modern metal guitar of today. Kurt will show you the basic and advanced techniques he uses in his studio every day, and teach you how to apply them to your own recording — regardless of whether you’re working in a studio or at home with a DIY setup. Using anecdotes from his years behind the board, Kurt will also teach you his best practices for working with bands to extract the best and most inventive sounds.
