Soniformer is a spectral mastering dynamics processor plug-in for professional music production applications. During its operation, Soniformer splits incoming sound signal into 32 spectral bands. This makes Soniformer a powerful and precise tool for mastering and sound restoration purposes.

SPECTRAL MODELED ELECTRIC PIANO: We decoded and analyzed a vintage electric piano sinewaves spectrum for every note and every velocity, and recreated it manually. When you play a note on Markus, the exact same sound for the original instrument will be generated (no samples involved) And we did it manually. Every single harmonic was tuned by ear. Like in acoustic piano tuning, the final touch is always made manually, and no tuning software or algorithm is able to replace that.
Cloud Machine is a spectral blurring and space utility. It creates sweeping clouds of resynthesized particles from any audio input. Use it in real time to turn your voice into a glacial canvas. Process drums, vocals and synthesizers to create shimmering, evolving textures. You can use Cloud Machine for subtle effects, or crank it up for the unexpected!

The first section –Ambient — is a good introduction to the type of material you can expect to find thoughout. Anyone familiar with Spectrasonics’ Distorted Reality will instantly recognise the thinking behind much of Sound Spectral, which sees sonic visionary Rene Ebenham experiment with his own form of hypnotic and creative sound design.
Fathoms is an ambient processor that can turn anything into a glacial soundscape, harmonic drone or endless pitch-shifted space. It spectrally processes incoming audio and routes it through a resonating, physically modeled space. Within the defined dimensions, it can pitch shift and send audio through a complex delay matrix. The sound can be further augmented through filtering, spectral freezing and amplitude modulation. You can dive into deep sound design or simply use Fathoms as a reverb effect.

Analog gear simulation with a unique & efficient spectral saturation algorithm. REAMP is a complex spectral saturation processor, simulating a set of different analog gear in a new and unique way. Benefits of this algorithm is that it is highly CPU efficient and adds (almost) no latency. The seven models available are based on real analog gear, individually measured in two dimensions; gain responses (-inf dB to +6 dB) at the frequency spectrum 20Hz to 20kHz. This data is used to transform input audio to output audio. A four-band spectral drive allows you to let the unit work even more. With several models available, REAMP can be used on almost any type of audio in any genre. The character can span from lo-fi to professional high-end gear. One approach can be to put it on a bus, or a whole mix. Another is to put it on several tracks with a more subtle setting, which makes the essence of the simulated gear add up.
